PE Provision & Enrichment provides your school with a child led approach that can inspire positive experiences, engage with wellbeing and empower physical health. Using our unique #InspireEngageEmpower methodology that is backed by academic research, our programme delivers a wide range of sports activities alongside supporting mental health and enrichment of social and community values.

Targeted Interventions
Our targeted intervention programmes exist to support individuals and/or groups to become more active and contribute more to resilient and thriving communities. Each programme is different but we apply our unique Inspire, Engage, Empower methodology to each and every programme and can build a tailor made programme to suit the needs of the clients we are working with.
Targeted interventions have been used with a broad range of our community members, including young people with criminal records, people living with Special Educational Needs and elderly members of the community. Each intervention takes the client on a journey through increased activity, more regular engagement and a positive empowerment to change their own life for the better.

The Empower Programme
The Empower Programme delivered by The Inspire Group is designed to support members of our wider community living with mental health issues. The programme supports our #InspireEngageEmpower methodology and seeks to align itself to the wider strategic aims that your institution has. We believe the work we could do with your patients will bring the upmost out of patients and help to engage them back to the community. We bring enthusiasm and top quality engaging sessions which will be tailored to each and every individual.
